PUNTA DE MITA is a peninsula located on the north end of Banderas Bay in the Mexican state of Nayarit,about 10 miles (16 km) north of Puerto Vallarta.

To get there, guests should book flights to Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

From there, Punta de Mita is a short 30-minute drive north.

All major car rental companies are located on property in the airport, or there are many shuttle services for hire to take you to your hotel.
